Heather Coulman has over 10 years of work experience. Heather began their career in 2012 at the University of Michigan-Flint, where they held the roles of Financial Aid Administrator Senior, Financial Aid Officer Intermediate, and Student Affairs Program Specialist. In 2022, they joined Regent Education as an Account Manager.

Heather Coulman attended Central Michigan University from 2012 to 2014, where they completed a Master's Degree in International Administration. Heather previously attended University of Michigan-Flint from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
