Steven Tanpoco is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Currently, Steven serves as the Director of Information Technology Service Delivery Management at Regeneron, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Steven was the Senior Director and Head of Information Technology at Decibel Therapeutics and gained diverse experience through fractional IT leadership roles at various pharmaceutical startups after the closure of Kaleido Biosciences, where Steven also held the role of Head of Information Technology. Earlier in Steven's career, positions included IT Operations Manager at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Senior Lab Systems Engineer at EMC, and CRM Consultant at Complete Business Solutions, Inc. Steven earned a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1994 and 1998.
