Lily Maissen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people analytics, talent management, and organizational behavior. Currently serving as the Head of People Analytics & Reporting at Regeneron since September 2018, Lily Maissen leads the global people analytics and reporting agenda, focusing on technology transformation and predictive analytics to enhance talent decision-making. Prior to this role, Lily Maissen held various positions at PepsiCo from March 2013 to September 2018, including Director of Global Succession Planning, where responsibilities included the design of the global talent review process and collaboration with senior executives on strategic talent decisions. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Mercer and Columbia Business School, and a strong educational background featuring a PhD and MPhil in Management from Columbia Business School, an MA in Clinical Psychology from University at Albany, and a BA in Psychology with Distinction from Cornell University.
