Charlotte Martin is a skilled professional with extensive experience in certification operations and education. Currently serving as Certification Operations Specialist and previously as Certification Coordinator at Regenerative Organic Alliance since July 2021, Charlotte has developed a strong foundation in managing certification processes. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as an English Second Language Teacher at Cambly Inc., instructing diverse students and developing curriculum for various proficiency levels. Charlotteā€™s background also includes positions at Quality Assurance International, Inc., where Charlotte coordinated inspection scheduling and managed administrative tasks, and as a Community Resource Development Coordinator with AmeriCorps VISTA, focusing on donor relations and social media marketing. Charlotte holds a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is currently pursuing further education at Universidad de Costa Rica.
