Rhayshaun Isreal M.Ed. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Information Technology Administrative Graduate Assistant at The University of Toledo from September 2014 to May 2016. Rhayshaun then worked as an Area Coordinator for Multicultural Programs at Wittenberg University from July 2016 to July 2017, where they supervised student staff, managed budgets, and maintained residence hall operations. Rhayshaun then joined Xavier University as a Hall Director from July 2017 to June 2019. After that, they worked at the University of Cincinnati as an Area Coordinator from July 2019 to March 2021. During this time, they managed residential areas and addressed student needs. From March 2021 to July 2023, Rhayshaun served as the Director of Residence Life/Title IX Coordinator at Mount St. Joseph University. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at ReGeneration Schools, starting from July 2023.

Rhayshaun Isreal M.Ed. completed their Bachelor's degree in Multi-Age Education with a focus on Health Teacher Education from The University of Toledo. Rhayshaun then pursued a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the same university, which they completed in 2016. Prior to their university education, Rhayshaun Isreal M.Ed. attended Belmont High School from 2004 to 2008.
