Laural Collins is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Regency Multifamily since August 2022, Laural previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Frasca International, Inc. from 2017 to July 2022. Prior to that, Laural served as Director of Human Resources at Deep Silver Volition, LLC for over a decade, managing HR functions for a video game development studio. Laural's career began at Horizon Hobby, Inc., where a corporate HR department was established under their leadership. Educational background includes attendance at Eastern Illinois University and Parkland College, with an Associate's degree in General Studies. Additionally, Laural has been a certified trainer for Crucial Conversations since February 2009.
