Jayanthi Manickam is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Project Engineer at Regency Construction Services, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jayanthi held the position of Project Engineer at Precision Engineering & Contracting, Inc. from August 2021 to February 2023. Jayanthi's career in construction began at Larsen & Toubro, where positions included Assistant Manager and Senior Engineer from July 2007 to May 2015. Significant project involvement includes tender submissions for high-profile developments such as the Doha Metro Depot and the Statue of Unity, emphasizing skills in rate analysis, technical and financial bid submissions, and subcontract negotiation.
