Justin Gough is an experienced professional specializing in mental health and behavioral management, currently serving as Officer at Aquaire since 2013, focusing on reducing stigma and providing quality interventions for individuals with special needs and their families. At Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Justin has worked since 2001 as a Senior Medical Management Coordinator, managing cases for members with complex medical and behavioral health conditions while training new hires in case management principles. Previously, Justin was a Behavioral Health Therapist at First Step House from 2005 to 2014, facilitating substance abuse treatment groups to adults and their significant others.
