Pam Marthaler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and client services. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at RegEd since February 2023, Pam focuses on fostering relationships with top-tier strategic financial firms and insurance companies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Previously at Wolters Kluwer from August 2017 to February 2023, Pam held various roles, including Account Executive, where responsibilities included managing growth and retention for financial institutions and FinTechs, and acting as a National Account Manager to ensure high-level customer service for large clients. Earlier experience includes roles at Anderson Center, March of Dimes, and Sprint Nextel, equipping Pam with a diverse skill set in sales coordination, marketing, and client advocacy. Pam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southwest Minnesota State University, alongside diplomas in Sales and Management and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from St Cloud Technical and Community College.
