Luis Vindrola has a variety of work experience in sales and business roles. Luis is currently working as the Head of Sales at Regcheq since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WoomUp as the Encargado Comercial, starting in March 2021 and ending in May 2022. At WoomUp, they also served as the Head of Sales from March 2021 to April 2022. Before WoomUp, Luis worked as a B2B Sales Executive Senior at Cabify from January 2019 to March 2021. Their earliest work experience was as an Agente comercial at Desert Point Technologies from May 2017 to December 2018.

Luis Vindrola has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Universidad de los Andes (CL), which they obtained from 2011 to 2016. Luis also completed a Diploma in General Sales, Commercial Promotion, and Related Marketing Activities from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universidad de Chile from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, they pursued a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
