Mike Pierce has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mike currently serves as the CEO and Founder of Regatta, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Fidelity Investments as a Vice President, leading a team responsible for managing the design, development, and deployment of the company's digital experiences. During their time at Fidelity, they ranked #1 in the industry for online experiences.
Before Fidelity, Mike was the CEO of Expert Medical Navigation, where they provided patient engagement solutions to the healthcare industry. Mike also served as the Interim COO at iSpecimen, where they played a key role in transforming pharmaceutical research by optimizing the collection and delivery of blood specimens.
Earlier in their career, Mike held leadership positions at Tele Atlas, myLykes, Proof Software, and Eze Castle Integration. At Tele Atlas, they were the Vice President of Customer Delivery and oversaw product delivery and customer service for the North American client base. Mike also founded myLykes, a social networking site focused on managing personal preference data.
Mike's work experience also includes serving as the Co-Founder and Product Architect at Proof Software, where they created a software solution for business intelligence and data visualization. Additionally, they worked as a Director at Eze Castle Integration, where they led customer service operations and regional business development.
Lastly, Mike has a background in the military, having served as an Operations Officer and SEAL Platoon Commander at Special Operations Command South from 1993 to 1999. Overall, Mike Pierce has a strong track record of leadership and innovative problem-solving across various industries.
Mike Pierce obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management at Harvard Business School, attending from 1999 to 2001.
