Brian Mick has over three decades of experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Regal Beloit America (Marathon Special Products) since September 2013, Brian oversees all aspects of a three-shift manufacturing operation, focusing on continuous improvement and adherence to business plans. Prior roles include Manufacturing Manager at Marathon Special Products, where Brian managed a union facility with 130 team members, and positions as Project Engineer and Manufacturing Process Engineer within the same company, concentrating on process implementation and cost reduction. Earlier career experiences include working as a Cost Analyst at AP Parts and a Machine Set Up professional at Quasi, Inc. Brian holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Administration from The University of Toledo.
