James Persson has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. James currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) & Head of Portfolio Financing at Regal Partners since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Credit Suisse as a Director from July 2011 to May 2022. James also has experience at City Index, where they were a Founding member of GreenCFD and eventually became the Head of Trading for Asia from June 2006 to June 2010. Additionally, they worked at TransMarket Group as a Trading Associate from June 2004 to June 2006, focusing on fixed income futures in AustralAsian, European, and US markets.

James Persson attended the University of Sydney from 2003 to 2005, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a major in Accounting, Finance & Economics.
