Archana Mukhia is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager - People & Culture at Refyne India since May 2021, where the focus is on enhancing employee financial literacy through real-time earned salary access. Prior roles include HR Manager for Employee Engagement & Business Process at BetterPlace Safety Solutions and HR Practices at MatchMove, where Archana contributed to establishing the HR vertical for a Singapore-based Fintech company.
