Devon Cone is a seasoned advocate and expert in refugee protection and women's rights, currently serving as the Senior Advocate for Women and Girls at Refugees International since March 2019. With prior roles including Director of Protection Programs and Field Coordinator at HIAS, Devon has led various initiatives to support vulnerable populations, especially women and girls, impacted by displacement and humanitarian crises. Significant experience includes conducting field missions, overseeing resettlement programs, creating training curricula, and developing strategic goals for protection programming. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and specialized studies at Harvard University and the University of Oxford.
