Michèle Sparreboom has extensive experience in social impact, coaching, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Rotterdamse Social Impact Makelaar at Hart In De Fik since July 2012, Michèle also works as a project coordinator at Refugee Team, focusing on refugee integration through sports and culture. Previous roles include matchmaker for social initiatives during Koningsdag in Rotterdam and fundraiser for Lymph&Co, where Michèle was involved in the development of a game targeting lymphatic cancer. Additional experience includes coaching, training, and administrative roles across various organizations, complemented by a strong educational background in NLP and coaching.
