Cristal M. currently serves as the Lead Medical Interpreter at the University of Utah since February 2023 and has been a Medical Interpreter with the Asian Association of Utah since May 2018. Previous experience includes a role as Scrum Master at Cooltribes from March 2013 to May 2018, where Cristal M. led the delivery of technology and business solutions while promoting collaborative development. As a Project Manager at Global Resources in 2012, Cristal M. managed project scopes and developed workflows to ensure compliance. Other roles include Webmaster at Noticias Clic and Developer at DBAccess, focusing on web development and functionality testing. An early internship involved managing the Moodle platform at Universidad Nacional del Táchira. Cristal M. holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, both from Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira.
