Louise Bayston has extensive experience in domestic abuse training and support services, currently serving as the Domestic Abuse Training Project Manager at Refuge since September 2017, where responsibilities include developing inclusive training materials and creating scalable delivery models. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager and IDVA Service Manager at Bedfordshire Domestic Abuse Partnership, as well as Domestic Abuse Trainer and Consultant while self-employed.
