Yessenia Santos has worked in various roles throughout their career. Yessenia began their career at Alloy Media and Marketing in November 2002 as a Salesforce Administrator. Yessenia continued in this role until May 2010. In November 2002, they also took on the role of Salesforce Administrator/Executive Assistant at Alloy, where they worked until August 2011. From May 2011 onwards, Yessenia Santos worked as an Account Manager at re:fuel.

Yessenia Santos attended Hunter College from 1994 to 2009, working towards their Bachelor's degree. Yessenia focused on a dual field of study, majoring in Spanish and Black and Puerto Rican Studies.
