Heather Pelham is a seasoned professional in the culinary and franchise development sectors. Since November 2020, Heather has served as the United States Franchise Network Developer at Refresh Renovations, a leading renovation building company with a global presence. In addition, Heather has been the Executive Pastry Chef and Owner of Emerald Coast Custom Cakes since January 2013. Previous experience includes roles as Salon Director at City Salon and Spa from October 2008 to November 2009 and Salon Manager at Stan Milton Oasis from April 2000 to October 2008. Heather holds an Associate's degree in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, attended from 2010 to 2012.
