Leina Rodriguez MA, LMFT is a licensed therapist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience in providing therapy services. As the owner and therapist at Leina LMFT PLLC since February 2023, Leina specializes in individual therapy using evidence-based techniques such as EMDR. Since March 2020, Leina has also served as a clinical supervisor at Refresh Psychotherapy NYC, overseeing therapists and interns while conducting therapy and assessments. Previous roles include FFT supervisor, lead therapist, and functional family therapist at The New York Foundling, where Leina focused on home-based clinical treatments using the Functional Family Therapy model. Earlier experience includes counseling and training roles at YAI/National Institute for People with Disabilities and La Casa de Don Pedro, with educational credentials including a professional diploma in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kean University and a master's degree in Counseling from New Jersey City University.
