Kai Bolster has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager for Manufacturing Benelux at Refresco since January 2017, after holding roles as HR Business Partner and HR Advisor. Prior to Refresco, Kai Bolster was Manager HR at KEMBIT from January 2009 to December 2016, where the organization delivered IT services to a variety of clients across multiple locations. Previous positions include International Recruiter and Intercedent at Wiertz Personeelsdiensten and P&O-medewerker at Stichting Pergamijn. Kai Bolster holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Personnel and Labor from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and has obtained multiple foundational degrees, including Prince 2 Foundation and Professional Communication Foundation from EXIN.
