Kelly Rew-Porter currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Reformation since January 2022 and is an Advisory Board Member at HR Acuity from June 2019 to present. Previously, Rew-Porter held the position of SVP, Head of Global Human Resources at Theory from October 2019 to January 2022, and served as Senior Vice President of Global HR and People Services at Equinox between October 2017 and September 2019. Additional roles include Co-Founder of AIDAAN.org, Chief People and Compliance Officer at Harmless Harvest, Vice President of People + Culture at Commune Hotels + Resorts, and National Director of Learning and Development at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. A foundational career at Wells Fargo spanned from April 1998 to April 2012 in various Learning, Talent Management, and Operations roles. Rew-Porter holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Industrial Psychology from Texas State University.
