Njord Frölander is an experienced professional currently serving as an Analytiker at Reform Society since October 2019, after previously holding the position of Student Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Departementssekreterare at Regeringskansliet, Finansdepartementet in 2017 and at Riksutställningar, the Swedish Exhibition Agency, from August 2015 to April 2017. Additionally, Njord served as a Ungdomsledare for the European Commission's Youth in Action Programme in Sweden from 2011 to 2014. Njord's educational background includes a Politices masterprogram in statistics, public administration, and administrative law from Uppsala University (2018-2020), exchange studies at Korea University Business School in Seoul, South Korea (2013-2014), and a degree in International Communication from Linnaeus University (2012-2015).
