Stephanie Locey currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Reforge since June 2023. Previously, Stephanie was the People Operations Lead at Locey & Cahill, LLC from July 2021 to June 2023, focusing on HR development, employee experience, and organizational strategy. Prior to that, Stephanie spent nearly nine years at SoulCycle Inc., where roles included Senior Manager of Talent, overseeing the development and performance of over 250 instructors, and Manager of Instructor Programming & Talent Management, responsible for the operations of 40 studios. Stephanie began the career as a Coordinator in Instructor Programming and Field Operations at SoulCycle. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from George Mason University, earned in 2011.
