Kiran Sharma is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Sr. Lead Technical Recruiter at Reflik since November 2018, Kiran mentors fresh talent within the Talent Acquisition team while developing effective sourcing plans and strategies to attract top candidates. Previously, Kiran worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from April 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities included sourcing, screening, and reviewing candidates, as well as building relationships with interviewers and hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, earned between August 2009 and July 2012.
