Michael Deady is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product marketing, business operations, and competitive sailing. Currently serving as an Associate Product Marketing Manager at RefleXion Medical since July 2016, Michael has held various roles including Senior Associate for Business Operations and Analytics, and Business Analyst, focusing on financial modeling, market research, and Salesforce implementation. In the sailing domain, Michael has represented the United States in international competitions, achieving notable placements, and was a member of the US Sailing Olympic Development Team in 2011. Previous management experience includes directing operations at Ski Butlers and instructing sailing at Richmond Yacht Club and Sausalito Yacht Club. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and has studied International Relations in Arabic in Amman, Jordan.
