Laurie Moncrief serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at RefleXion Medical, a medical device company focused on developing innovative cancer treatment technologies, since March 2018. Previously, Laurie held key HR leadership roles at Elekta, including Director of Human Resources for North America and Director of Human Resources for the Software Systems division. Laurie's career also includes positions as Director of Human Resources and Administration at IMPAC Medical Systems, where a successful IPO was achieved, and various HR management roles at Silicon Entertainment and Academic Systems. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Santa Clara University.
