Michal Gruberger (PhD) has held a variety of roles in the field of neuroscience since 2001. In that year, they were the Director of Fund Development for the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel. Michal then moved to BrainsWay in 2009 as Research Coordinator. In 2012, they became the Director of Consumer Neuroscience at NeuroWatch Ltd. Michal then joined Brainster in 2014 as Chief Science Officer. In 2019, they were the Chief Science Officer at RI.Mind Group. In 2020, they assumed the roles of Scientific Advisor at Neurolief, Scientific Advisor at Drill - Neuromarketing Research, and Mentor (pro-bono), Neuroscience and Entrepreneurship at Adelson School of Entrepreneurship @ IDC. Michal is currently Head Of Science at NeuroBrave and will become Chief Science Officer at Reflect Innovation in 2022.

Michal Gruberger earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Haifa between 1997 and 2000. Michal then received their Master's degree, cum laude, in Neuropsychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2000 and 2003. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology/Neuroscience from Tel-Aviv University, Wohl Institude for Advanced Brain Imaging in 2013.
