Scott G. Cornelius has held a variety of roles over the past 16 years. From 2006 to 2011, they were the Director of Operations and Sales and Marketing Manager at Lee Consulting Engineers. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Director of Business Development at Supply Strategies. At TRC Professional Solutions from 2014 to 2016, they held the roles of Market Operations Manager and Senior Business Development Manager. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Global Talent Management at Erin Condren Design. Scott was also the Vice President of Operations at NanLyn, Inc. from 2020 to 2021, and the Director of People Operations at The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at Refinition.

Scott G. Cornelius received their Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Arizona State University in 2011. Scott then went on to obtain a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Texas Christian University in 2015. Most recently, they earned their Master of Science in Leadership & Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University in 2021.
