Previously, Erik held the position of Chief Operating Officer at miR Scientific, LLC from August 2021 to September 2023, leading the transition to commercial launch and establishing operational capabilities. Erik's extensive experience at Bristol Myers Squibb from July 2001 to July 2021 includes roles such as Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Planning and Head of Worldwide Commercial for Immuno-Oncology, overseeing significant products yielding over $5B in annual revenue. With an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from Colorado State University, Erik combines strategic leadership with a strong background in both marketing and operations.
