BriAnn Arndt is currently an HR Operations Specialist and Recruiting Coordinator at Refined Technologies, a position held since June 2023. Previously, BriAnn served as a Student Mentor in the Psychological and Brain Science Department at Texas A&M University from May 2022 to May 2023, where assistance was provided to first-year and transfer students in their academic transition. BriAnn also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for Dr. Stephanie Payne, contributing to a literature review focused on the challenges faced by hiring organizations and job seekers. Additionally, experiences include a role as a Sales Associate at Magpie’s Gifts & Interiors from September 2018 to January 2020, where customer service and inventory management were key responsibilities. BriAnn holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University, obtained in May 2023.
