Katrina Jackson, PHR, GMS-T, has extensive experience in human resources and project administration, currently serving as a Senior HR Operations Specialist at RTI International since June 2001. In this role, Katrina provides administrative support to the International Development Group and Global Health Group, assisting with employment offer requests and agreements. Previous positions at RTI include Project Administration Specialist II and Program Area Assistant III/Travel Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from office administration to travel coordination for over 75 staff. Prior experience includes positions at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Bank of America, and K-Mart Distribution Center, showcasing a strong background in administrative and supervisory roles. Katrina holds a BS in Public Health Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
