Nicole Highlander has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nicole began their career at Nike as an Administrative Assistant and then moved on to work as an Operations Manager at Willamette Athletic Club. Nicole later worked at the LifeBalance Program as an Office Manager, providing administrative support to the company. Nicole then transitioned to the role of Inside Sales Representative at SmartStuff Software, where they sold desktop security and internet filtering software to schools across the country.

Nicole'scareer took a turn towards marketing when they joined XP Solutions: Software Solutions for a Sustainable Environment. Nicole started as an Account Manager, selling civil engineering software, and eventually became the Sales & Marketing Manager, Americas. In this role, they managed the sales team, provided guidance and training programs, and contributed to significant growth. Nicole also supported the Asia-Pacific team and implemented Salesforce and Pardot marketing automation for the global company.

Nicole further expanded their marketing expertise as the Global Marketing Manager at Innovyze. Nicole was responsible for corporate brand identity and product go-to-market success. Nicole created brand awareness campaigns, launch programs, and collaborated with teams to ensure successful product releases.

Next, they became the Marketing Operations Manager at Alma, where they oversaw marketing automation, analytics, and team/project management. Nicole set up Pardot for Salesforce and developed a custom object system for the delivery and tracking of marketing qualified leads.

Most recently, Nicole has taken on the role of CRM Marketing Manager at Refersion, where they apply their marketing and automation skills to drive customer relationship management strategies.
