Patricia Paredes Peralta is an experienced professional currently serving as Growth Lead at REF since June 2021, where responsibilities include lead development, lead generation, digital process management, and CRM management using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Previously, Patricia held the position of intern for prospecting and recruitment at Teleperformance NG, alongside working as a bilingual operator.
