Leslie Brown is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate law and governance, particularly for non-profit and community associations. As a Shareholder at Rees Broome, PC since May 2016, Leslie provides outside general counsel services in multiple jurisdictions, emphasizing corporate counseling, covenants enforcement, and fair housing education. Previously, Leslie was a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School, supervising student externships, and served as Counsel at Schaner & Lubitz, PLLC, offering legal advice to tax-exempt entities.
