Kim O'Halloran is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in community association law and development. Currently serving as a Fellow at the College of Community Association Attorneys since October 2021, Kim contributes expertise as a Development Committee Member at The Women's Center since March 2021. As a Shareholder at Rees Broome, PC since March 2007, Kim brings extensive legal experience. Additionally, Kim held a Board Member position at the Community Associations Institute from November 2007 to November 2014. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in European History from the University of Virginia, obtained between 1990 and 1994, along with studies at Colaiste Mhuire Ennis in Ireland from 1984 to 1987.
