Chandler Peng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business development. Currently serving as a Manager at Reeracoen since July 2021, Chandler has successfully built a new team called PathFinder, developed innovative HR solutions for complex client situations, and driven business development initiatives. Prior to this, Chandler co-founded YWMC Consulting Firm, where responsibilities included client relationship management across various industries such as retail and finance, office facility management, and recruitment process optimization. Chandler also held roles at Inotera as a Senior Equipment Maintenance Engineer and at Taiwan Mobile in sales, demonstrating a diverse skill set that spans technical maintenance and customer engagement. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from DA YEN University.
