Crystal Hundley, MBA, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Crystal currently serves as the Human Resources Director at ReEmployAbility, where they collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies, processes, and initiatives focused on recruitment, retention, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Crystal worked at Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) as the Interim Chief People Officer and Director of Human Resources. Crystal has also worked as a Consultant at Semper Fi Fund, a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and a Social Media Marketing Manager at Shimmer and Shine Online. Crystal's work experience also includes various roles at Marine Corps Community Services, where they managed budgets, facilitated training courses, and implemented employee development programs. Crystal began their career as a Secretary at Coastal Carolina Community College, where they gained valuable administrative and customer service skills. Crystal holds an MBA and a SHRM-SCP certification.
Crystal Hundley holds an MBA degree from Webster University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating in 2009. In 2005, Crystal obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Coastal Carolina Community College. Crystal has several additional certifications, including a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional designation from SHRM in 2017 and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021. Crystal also holds various certifications in areas such as Lean Six Sigma and coaching.
