Shuchi Mathur

VP Of Customer Experience & Partnerships at Reelgood

Shuchi Mathur is the current Vice President of Customer Success at Reelgood. Prior to this, they were with Nielsen (Gracenote) for over three years, where they served as the Technical Account Management Leader. In this role, they led a team of Technical Account Managers on key strategic accounts like Amazon, Twitter, and Apple. Shuchi was also the Strategic Technical Account Manager for key accounts like Google, Facebook, Youtube, Disney, and Dish.

During their time at Nielsen (Gracenote), they were responsible for mentoring their team and ensuring they provided the required level of support during the initial customer onboarding and implementation process. Shuchi also developed a customer tracker with checklist to ensure appropriate level of support per contract terms. Additionally, they managed multiple high impact strategic projects for key customers for long term growth and partnership.

Shuchi is a Subject Matter Expert on Global Video Metadata products within Gracenote. Shuchi is also responsible for hiring, mentoring and retaining CS associates and building a knowledge sharing platform for cross training within the team.

Mathur has a proven track record in customer success and project management. Shuchi is a strategic thinker with excellent problem solving skills. Shuchi is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion within the workforce to improve overall product experience given the diverse perspectives of the team.

Shuchi Mathur has a background in Business Intelligence and SAS Analytics Software from the University of California, Berkeley. Shuchi also has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mody College of Engineering & Technology in India. In addition, they have completed the Berkeley Technology Leadership Program from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Shuchi Mathur reports to David Sanderson, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Catharine Burhenne - Head of Marketing, Pablo Lucio Paredes Aulestia - Head of Data, and Eli Chamberlin - Head of Product & Design.
