John Ericson Sunga has a diverse work experience in technical support, operations analysis, and an internship in computer troubleshooting and maintenance. John Ericson is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at Reekoh. Previously, they worked at Flying V Rentals as an Operations Analyst, where they developed and implemented a new reporting process, streamlined report preparation, and implemented a new disbursement scheduling process. Before that, they had an internship at the Forest Management Bureau, where they troubleshooted and maintained computer hardware and software, contributed to formatting and maintenance of PCs, and actively participated in team meetings.

John Ericson Sunga earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the East, where they attended from 2010 to 2018. John Ericson also obtained a certification in Reekoh Platform Fundamentals from Reekoh in May 2022.
