Steve Nass has solid work experience in the IT field, with a focus on systems administration and networking. Steve started their career as a Graphic Designer at Weekly Reader in 2008 before transitioning to IT support roles. Steve worked as an IT Support Specialist at Arkstar Inc., providing on-site computer diagnostics and repair as well as software support. Steve then joined TechFlow, Inc. in 2009, where they initially worked as a Software Support Analyst, providing technical support for government financial applications.
