Dave Stuempfig has a diverse work experience in the product development and management roles. Dave started their career at OAM - On A Mission as a Product Developer from June 1996 to December 1999. Dave then worked at PGS Technologies as an Owner from January 2000 to March 2004. Following that, they served as a Production Manager at Aaron Chang Clothing from April 2004 to January 2006. Dave then joined DC Shoes as a Footwear Development Category Manager from January 2006 to April 2010. Dave continued their career at Reef as a Men's Footwear Development Team Leader from April 2010 to June 2014. Dave briefly worked at The Leisure Collective Inc. - dba OTIS Eyewear / Creatures of Leisure as the Global Head of Product from June 2014 to December 2014. Currently, they are working at Reef as a Manager - Footwear Development since January 2015 and later promoted to the position of Senior Product Development Manager from January 2020.

Dave Stuempfig attended San Diego State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
