Wasem Karout is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and sales management within the fragrance and beauty industries. Currently serving as the Product and Development Manager at REEF since February 2024, Wasem previously managed the Perfumes Division at Deraah Company for over 16 years. Prior to Deraah, Wasem held the position of Sales Development Manager at Sogedemo Group for nearly a year and served as Sales Manager at Estee Lauder, specifically with the Cream De la Mer brand, for five years.
