Michelle Auckland began their work experience in 1995 at Creative Group, Inc. as a Program Coordinator. Michelle then moved on to Georgia Pacific in 1998, where they worked as an Organizational Development Specialist. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Pactiv, LLC as a Development Specialist and later as a Development Consultant. Michelle then joined CNH Industrial in 2006, working as a Manager of Global Leadership & Development and later as a Manager of North American Talent Acquisition, Development & Diversity. In 2009, they joined WMS Gaming as a Senior Organizational Development Professional and later as a Senior Principal Manager of Employee Relations. In 2013, they joined Scientific Games as a Director of HR & Talent Development and later as a Senior Director of Global Talent. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Uline as a Talent Management Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at PremiStar.
Michelle Auckland completed their education at two different institutions. Michelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bradley University, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development at National Louis University, attending from 2001 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Michelle has obtained several certifications in areas such as change management, facilitation, and leadership assessment. These certifications include being a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, a DDI Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International, an Everything DiSC Workplace Certified Facilitator from Wiley, a Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) Certified Facilitator from Kaiser Leadership Solutions, and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Practioner from The Myers-Briggs Company.
