Chris Gower is a seasoned business consultant currently engaged with The Recruitment Lab since April 2024, following a brief tenure as Practice Lead at Quotacom, where expertise in building executive teams for digital transformation was honed. Prior experience includes roles as Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Resourcer at Clearline Recruitment, and utilities account and project management at Focus Group (UK). Chris began a career in recruitment with Hays and holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Reading, completed in 2018.
