Nicky Poulson (nee Faulkner) is an accomplished Senior Business Manager with extensive experience in recruitment and customer service. Currently at Reed Business Support Southampton since June 2005, Nicky began as a Permanents Consultant and advanced to oversee the Fareham branch in June 2008. Prior experience includes a role as a Headhunter at Jefferson Maguire, where Nicky specialized in sourcing candidates for high-level positions, and a position at Zurich Financial Services as a Customer Claims Handler and Trainer, focusing on providing a quality claims service and training new employees. Nicky holds A Levels in Business Studies, English, and Sports Science from Fareham College and completed education at Newlands Manor School.
