Janoo Motiani is a seasoned professional in the recruitment and consulting industries, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Reed and Willow Talent Advisory Group since October 2019, where the focus is on transforming recruitment into a predictable process and building strong, inclusive teams. In addition to leading Reed and Willow, Janoo is the Founder of Baselign Consulting, established in July 2023, dedicated to providing strategic outsourcing solutions for business growth. Previous roles include Program Manager at KellyOCG, Regional Head at Experis/Manpower Group, and Associate Group Manager at Randstad, with extensive experience in managing recruitment processes, P&L, and team leadership. Janoo Motiani holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management & Engineering, coupled with a strong educational background in Physical Sciences from Mumbai University and New Era English High School.
