Wayne Karlins has a long history of working in the media industry. In 1985, they began their career at Douglas TV as a Salesperson. Wayne then moved on to Your Personal A/V Guys as a Project Manager, designing, shopping, and installing audio/video needs for customers. In 2000, they became a Regional IHS at Tweeter, where they trained the IHS sales team, wrote and presented proposals to customers, and helped increase custom installations, products and labor in each store. In 2004, they joined Sounds Deluxe as a Manager, where they sold and designed complex in-home systems to commercial and residential customers. In 2008, they were appointed Sales Manager and V.P. Social Media at What's Happening! Community Newspapers. Finally, in 2013, they became a Salesperson at Reklama Media, offering comprehensive and extremely effective marketing solutions.

Wayne Karlins holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music Theory and Composition from Harper College.
