Martha Fiore is an experienced professional in compliance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at Reed-Lane since January 2024. Prior to this role, Martha held various positions, including QA Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) from April 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring product quality throughout the entire product life cycle. Martha's earlier experience includes Director of Quality at Multi-Pak Packaging, where process improvement opportunities and deviation management were key responsibilities. Martha also spent over a decade at Reed-Lane in various roles, including Systems Compliance Manager and QA Compliance Manager, focusing on regulatory compliance and operational audits. Martha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University.
